I agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred and any damage resulting from my stay, I authorize such charges to be billed to my credit card. I will abide by all policies and regulations during my stay, any failure to do so will result in a request to leave the premises; no refund issued.
Inn at the Delta is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or items left in vehicle or your room.
I agree to vacate this room at 11:00 am on the departure date, there will be additional charges for late checkout without prior approval from management.
I agree to be respectful towards other guests and the community by adhering to quite hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Failure will result in a request to leave the premises with no refund.
I agree to return room keys to management prior to checkout, failure to do so will result in being charged for missing keys ($25.00 each missing key).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms failure to abide will result in additional cleaning charges.
Cancellations Policy:
If your reservation is canceled three days prior to arrival date, your deposit is refunded completely. If the reservation is canceled with less than three days advance notice, your deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-booked. No shows and early check-outs will be billed the full amount due. If the room is re-booked, a gift certificate is issued for an amount equal to the billed amount on your credit card. Gift certificates must be used anytime within two years.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and availability of pet-friendly room. Cost is $15.00 per night, per pet. (Pets are strictly prohibited in rooms 3, 4, 7, 8 & 10.)
For each additional guests beyond the standard two-person occupancy, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per person, per night.
Children under 12 years old stay free of charge, childcare is not provided.
