Inn at the Delta is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or items left in vehicle or your room. I agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred and any damage resulting from my stay, I authorize such charges to be billed to my credit card. I will abide by all policies and regulations during my stay, any failure to do so will result in a request to leave the premises; no refund issued. I agree to vacate this room at 11:00 am on the departure date, there will be additional charges for late checkout without prior approval from management. I agree to return room keys to management prior to checkout, failure to do so will result in my being charged for missing keys. There is no refund for early departure. No minimum stay is required.
Cancellations affect us significantly. If your reservation is cancelled with 14 days advance notice, your deposit is refunded less a $25.00 service fee. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days advance notice, your deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-booked. Reservations cancelled within 4 days of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay. No shows and early check-outs will be billed the full amount due. If the room is re-booked, a gift certificate is issued for an amount equal to the billed amount on your credit card. Gift certificates must be used anytime within one year (reservations required with 15 day notice). We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail or US Mail. Groups, please call. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS. City ordinance prevents smoking within any public building and within 20-feet of open doorways. If you must smoke please do so beyond the 20-feet and properly dispose of ashes & butts. There are no exceptions to these policies. Thank you.
